Collage
Material

The artist creates works in the author's mixed media, which combines work with plexiglass and unique processing methods. Alexandra explores the concept of lightness and grace, contrasting the hardness and strength of the material with a sense of airiness and elegance.
Her plexiglass works defy the traditional limitations of the material, turning sturdy geometric shapes into ephemeral, fabric-like creations. Clean lines and geometric motifs create a sense of structure and order, while complex textures and sliding shapes give the paintings dynamism and lightness. The transparency of the material allows light and color to play an important role, creating lighting effects and optical illusions that vary depending on the viewing angle. In paintings Alexandra creates a visual dialogue between solid and liquid, transparent and opaque, creating a feeling of airy lightness and at the same time rootedness.

" I create abstract works in the author's technique. I do all the work manually.
Each painting is unique and cannot have copies." - Alexandra Dyukova
